THE 43rd GRAND HENHAM STEAM RALLY
HENHAM PARK
Near SOUTHWOLD

Rally limit: 50 vans
  
Directions: From Ipswich / Lowestoft take A12 to Blythburgh. From Beccles follow A145. Follow signs "Steam Rally Exhibiters and Caravans". Entrance is on the A12.
  
Services: Own sanitation essential. Take away food on site.
  
Programme:

 

 

Numerous trade and food stalls including beer tent. Fairground rides, two full days of exhibits, displays and steam attractions.

Please send rally slips to marshals in the normal way. There will be a small admin charge on arrival at the rally.

Please book and pay for the steam rally online at
www.henhamsteamrally.com . Please make sure you add SCCC after name on the booking form. Please follow the website instructions for payment. If you do not have website access, please contact Ken Cribb well in advance for instructions on booking.

The dates for the rally are 09-11 Feb 2018 and the Marshals are Ron & Denise King. As this rally is advertised in our 2017 Handbook, slips can now be accepted for this rally. Please contact Rally Secretary for details.

Some Sad News
We have learnt that our long term supporter and friend of the Centre, Brian Fuller recently passed away following a brave fight against illness. We offer our condolences to his family and friends.

Funeral arranged 9.00am Tuesday 4th July at Seven Hills Crematorium, Nacton, Ipswich.


Winner of the Handbook Cover Competition

We are delighted to announce that the Suffolk Centre has won the national competition for best Handbook cover. Our Lady Chairman was presented with the prize of 300 which has been added to Centre funds.

Centre Lines
During the Anglia Region Forum in January the team asked why there is so little information about Centres in the Caravan and Motorhome Club Magazine. The response was that the Editor has very little content passed to him to publish. So please send your articles with or without pictures to me or the Club Magazine and we can continue to promote the Centre and what we do in and around Suffolk.
